Overview

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as pellet & grain feed cannot be returned unless the feed is found spoiled upon opening. We need the original receipt and the food in the original packaging it was in to give a replacement.

Dog food has a guarantee on the first bag to try. If the dog does not eat it, we offer a full refund or exchange upon return.

Gift cards are considered store credit and cannot be returned.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless the warranty requires you to do so. IE; Tipperary Helmets.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Open or already fed bales of hay. We require the full bale returned with proof of purchase, to receive a full refund. If a hay bale is spoiled upon opening, please re-tie the bale and return to our store for a replacement bale.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded, unless it’s during a special event we have posted. Receipt must be provided upon return or exchange for proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace hay and other feed if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a store item, please bring receipt for proof of purchase and we will happily do so.

Gifts

There is no expiry on the amount of time you can return a gift item. Please give the receipt we provide with the item you have gifted so the new owner can exchange if needed.
