Blankets
During
the fall and winter, it is important to protect your horse
from the elements while still allowing breathability. Our
winter blankets offer solid protection from cold and rain,
and are sturdily made for maximum durability and minimum weight.
- Glover
Canadiana Storm winter blankets: designed especially
for rainy climates, these excellent tri-layer blankets feature
a tough cordura outer layer, a ultra-thin middle membrane
for waterproofing and breathability, and a quilted nylon
inner lining for comfort. Extra features include a rain
cap at withers, a tail guard for additional rainproofing,
and extra-strong front buckles. Available in navy or hunter
green.
- Glovertex
Rainsheets: multipurpose waterproof cover that may be
worn alone for summer use, or layered over other blankets
and/or liners for cold or wet weather. The tri-layer design
allows horse's sweat to evaporate while keeping the rain
out. Extra features include a tail cover and neck raincap
to prevent any rain trickle-down effect.
- Typhoon
II Turnout Rainsheets: economically priced, durable
weather protection. Available in navy, hunter green, or
blackwatch plaid.
- Big
"D" blanket liners: add an extra layer of
warmth. Available in wool or nylon hollowfill.
